Search by part number
Most SilentGliss parts have SilentGliss written on them along with a part number which usually consists of 4 numbers. Sometimes this number includes a letter. You can use the search field to enter the part number on the top left of this screen. In addition you can also enter the part type, for example, bracket, glider, endstops …
If you do not know the part number or track type
In this case, use the Product Categories list on the left hand side of the screen to browse all ranges and help find what you are looking for.
DELIVERY
There is a standard postage and packing charge for all components, of £4.50 per order.
If you order any lengths of track, or add any lengths of track to an order for components, the postage and packing charge will increase to £ 9.50.
SilentGlissspares will endeavour to dispatch any order placed before 3pm, within 48 hours. In the unlikely event of us being unable to meet this deadline we will contact you via email to advise you of the revised delivery date for your order.
We aim to deliver the goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you have any problems please contact us immediately by email on sales@silentglissspares.co.uk. If you do not contact us within 2 working days from the date of receipt of your goods, we will assume that your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of the expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.
If our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, the courier will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for up to 3 working days. If the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given, the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. In this case, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order, less any delivery costs incurred by us.
